What is ReadyCast?
ReadyCast combines the clear audio quality of an automated ReadyConference with the data collaboration capabilities of the Internet. Ideal for small, interactive meetings, ReadyCast offers the ability to add visual presentations, white boarding, Web tours, application sharing and more to your ReadyConference automated conference call.
How does it work?
All you need to host a ReadyCast meeting is a telephone line, Internet access and ReadyConference account. If you do not have a ReadyConference account, you may create one now.

After I complete the setup process, how do I schedule ReadyCast hosted meetings?
Once you have completed the simple three-step registration process, you will receive an e-mail from our Reservations team with a link to the ReadyCast Meeting Center pages. The Meeting Center pages will allow you to create meetings, send e-mail invitations to participants and begin using ReadyCast.
Will I have audio conferencing ability?
Yes. As part of the ReadyCast registration, you selected a ReadyConference dedicated dial-in number and passcode to the audio portion of your meeting. When you send invitation e-mails to your meeting participants, these numbers are automatically included.
Do I get the same features with ReadyCast as I do with VisionCast?
Yes, and more! VisionCast has excellent presentation sharing, web touring, live demo, chat and polling features. ReadyCast offers these same features plus application sharing, desktop sharing and some enhanced Whiteboarding features.
If I already use VisionCast, is there an added benefit to using ReadyCast?
ReadyCast has many of the same features of VisionCast with the added benefit of being totally automated. This means you can begin and direct your conference anytime, anywhere, making it the perfect tool for your spur-of-the-moment meeting. ReadyCast is also targeted toward smaller, more informal meetings that require extensive collaboration.
How much does it cost?

Who should I call for technical support?
If you are experiencing difficulties during your ReadyCast meeting, you may press *0 on your touch tone phone, and a member of our ReadyConference support team will assist you. If you are not connected to the meeting and need assistance, please call (888) 569-3848 to reach our Integrated Event Solutions support staff.
